With two decades of experience in Real Estate Claudia started her Real Estate Career in new home sales and quickly became a sales manager with various Home builders in their new home communities. In new home sales, ‘I learned how to represent all the parties in the transaction, so it was a win-win for all.’

 

Transferring over to the re-sell market, Claudia soon found that her management and negotiating skills came in handy in helping homeowners get top dollar for their properties or finding that perfect fit for a family buying their first home or move-up home. ‘I think I get just as excited as my buyer’s when they find that perfect home.’ Claudia is passionate about delivering exceptional consumer experiences while working through this maze called Real Estate to ensure that she meets her client's every need.

 

Claudia was born and raised in Oakland, CA., and moved to the Inland Empire in 1996 when her husband was transferred for work.

 

Claudia kept busy raising their nine children (yes 9), homeschooling, and now enjoys gardening, cooking, and her grandkids.
